Chris Pine to Join ‘Wonder Woman’?

Boraie Development LLC wrote about the DC Universe having a lot of catching up to do if they want to become major players in the cinematic world of super hero films. Whereas Marvel has long since cemented their core group of heroes with Iron Man (Roberty Downey Jr.) Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Captain America (Chris Evans), DC is still trying to fill theirs out with their own star power. ‘Batman vs. Superman’ is going to be its own thing and it is already gathering a ton of support and skepticism. On a whole different level is the ‘Wonder Woman’ project, that may have just added Chris Pine to the cast.

Gal Gadot has long since been slated to take over the lead role as Wonder Woman but the rest of the film has been a mess since production began under a year ago. Lead director Michelle MacLaren, who had directed some major projects like ‘Game of Thrones’, has already departed. So now the team at DC is trying to find a replacement director to take on the burden. No matter who ends up helming the project, it looks like they will have a nice cast sitting on screen for them.

Chris Pine has rapidly ascended to become of the most alluring A List actors in Hollywood. Known primarily for his work on the ‘Star Trek’ films, Pine may be slating himself to pick up the co-starring role of Steve Trevor opposite of Gal Gadot.
